From the posted coordinates, add the following:
North: Batman, The Punisher, Aquaman, Cable, and the Silver Surfer.
West: Thanos, Lex Luthor, Star Sapphire, the Kingpin, and Catman.
Et voila, you should now be able to find the cache, which is an ammo can at relatively winter-friendly height. There's more than one FTF prize, since cachers usually travel in packs for GAG. First on the scene can fight over the spoils.
No need for digital rooting, alpha summing, or other such mathematical chicanery. Look at the name of the puzzle.
