The Roosevelt Row district, centered here at 4th Street and Roosevelt, has been enjoying a bit of an artistic resurgance with First Friday art walks, local musicians and galleries on display. On any given evening, one can walk through the area and enjoy the sights and sounds of music wafting out of small coffee shops, artists displaying their art and free, small, open-air concerts put on in the lot next door.
This cache is placed with the permission of the shop owner, Adrian. It is located on the west side of the store, a converted house that is approximately 100 years old. The staff knows it's here, but please be mindful of muggles.
Getting to this cache may require some special tools (check attributes) and is not recommended for folks wearing their business clothes. In other words, you'll have to get your hands and knees dirty to get this one!
