I decided to combine my two hobbies (geocaching and edible plants). In this cache I will tell you about- Purslane (Portulaca oleracea). There will be more plants to follow in my edible plant series!
I will place the common plant geocaches anywhere, but for the most part the cache will be near its edible plant. Never eat any plant that you are unsure about. To learn more or verify a plant, check multiple sources, like books or experts. This is simply meant as an introduction to edible plants in our area. Enjoy the cache!
