It is the tranquility and the view from the various paths that attract the local visitors.
The view from the cache spot is one of the best in the forrest and you can see La Marsa, Ariana, Gammarth, the Salt Lake "Sebkhat Ariana", Raoued and the Mediterranean Sea. If you are lucky and the haze is not too thick you can see all the way to Sidi Ali el Mekki/Ghar el Melh. So, don't forget your camera!
The spot lies on top of an escarpment at about 40m above sea level.
