Geocache Description:

It has been a very long time since I hid a geocache, but this is one place that is far enough away from the AT that it should not matter. There was a geocache here many years ago but was removed in 2009 so I thought I would replace it. This was the spot of my very first "real" cache. By placing it here, I'm sure I won't get many visitors but that's okay as I'm not in it for the log count. If your an old timer, you will remember the spot well,if not lace up your hiking boots your going to need it. If you know how to look at a map you'll know right where it is, if not good luck. Enjoy your day on the mountain and remember it'a about the journey not the smiley. If you did any of my other caches you'll notice I recycled my ammo can and log book, bonus points for the first one who remembers what caches they came from. The log book will be simple but the ammo can might not unless you were there.

Please remember that you are on game lands a quick visit to their web site might help before venturing out.

Please do your part and pick up any litter on your travels - Thanks!
