This cache is not far off the parking lot - you will have to use some stealth, as you are basically cruising on into the woods with the pretty river and multiple muggles behind you. This is a large cache, with room for big trade items and travel bugs. Plenty of goodies available to start out with. I don't think this one should be too difficult to find...
THIS PARK DOES COST $3 during the week for parking, and $4 during the weekend, so be aware. This money does go right back into the improvements in the park, however.
There is access to multiple grills, a pretty river view with a boat launch, shelters for large parties, etc. nearby. Of all the places in the park, this is the place you're most likely to see muggles.
FTF prize is a cool slice of a spiral shell... ..or whatever else piques your interest!
