There are lots of caches you have to get climbing a tree, paddling a boat, hiking a trail, biking a trail, but there aren't many you can get swimming. It take a unqiue situation. Well, and island for starters. But not TOO far away from mainland. And an area where you are allowed to swim. This spot has it all. How to rate it? Some people may take a boat so it could be a 5 terrain. But since you can swim to it I'm doing a 4.5. For terrain purists I'll note the island is covered with poison ivy and so is the tree that it is hidden in.
