Since we picked up a very big trackable at Geocaching HQ, we have pondered over where to put it. Finding that there were not a lot of large caches in the area, we decided to place this one and make it a large container that will fit pretty well any trackable. Furthermore, we wanted one that is easy to get to from the highway whether one was going east or west.
The cache is a large, camouflaged bucket with plenty of room for tradeables. While we are not specifically calling this a TB hotel, we hope that its location near the highway may make it a great location for trackables. For that reason, when placed, this cache contained a number of trackables we needed to move or new ones that we wanted to get underway.
Parking is nearby at the Logan Lake info sign and it's only a short walk to the cache. This cache may be findable in the winter but that will depend on how much snow there is.
