Traditional cache along unmaintained service road trail in Sanborn Park.
From the Peterson Grove parking lot near the Sequoia group area, follow the San Andreas Trail until the Peterson Memorial Trail junction. Stay right on the San Andreas Trail but then take an IMMEDIATE LEFT to follow the "Unmaintained Service Road" trail shown in gray on the Sanborn park map. Follow this trail up the valley until you come to a very large tree blocking the trail, forming a tunnel you can either go over or around. Not far past this spot, but before the trail takes a hard turn to the left, you'll find the geocache.
