Unusual container near an appropriate location. If the bar is open and the smokers are out on the deck, beware. When I was walking by here the other day, someone accidentally spit on me. True story. I had to use hand sanitizer on my hand and my iPhone until I could get to a restroom. Then I washed my hands for about 5 minutes. I was truly disgusted. How could this then not be the perfect "redneck" location for the cache?
BYOP. Tweezers will likely be necessary to retrieve the log. Area provides a perfect opportunity for Cache In/Trash Out. It always saddens me to see all these little patches of woods in our community covered in trash. Anyone who likes to recycle aluminum cans for money could probably get a full garbage bag here. If you get to the big pile of blue cans, you've gone too far into the woods. Difficulty rating is so high due to all the trash in the area.
Note: Area has been cleaned up extensively due to great Cache In/Trash Out geocachers!!! Cache is much easier to find. Big pile of blue cans no longer exists. Since trash seems to accumulate over time, D/T rating will stay the same so everyone gets fair credit. If you get here when the place is clean and the find is fairly easy, consider yourself lucky!
Knowing the song and knowing what gift is received on each day is very helpful in this series.
If container or log is damaged, please contact CO so that cache can be repaired.
If you are planning to find the final "12 Redneck Days of Christmas" geocache, you will need the number on the top of the log to complete the final geocache puzzle. If the log is damaged and you cannot get the code, simply contact the CO and prove that you have found the cache (either via photo or description of container and hiding location) and the code will be sent to you so that you can continue with the series and complete the final puzzle.
