GUIDed Mystery Cache

The cache is not at the posted coordinates but is less than 2 miles away

I was asked "Do you know how to find the GUID (Globally Unique Identifier) of an unpublished cache?" I replied, "Yes I do!" and then constructed this puzzle.

I created a new cache listing (GC30KHD) on July 2011 but I forgot to write down the GUID.

Provide the last 12 digits of the GUID to Certitude and you will be GUIDed to the cache.

Cache is sign only. Don't forget to bring your pen.

Park hours are dawn to 10:00 PM.
