A good place to park is by the water tower across from Government St. You’ll have several options for trails on the way up, depending if you’re picking up a few other caches on the way, although you may have to do some easy bushwhacking. The hike is fairly long, but nothing too hard, but still might be fairly long for younger children. There is a lot of cacti everywhere on the hill, so be extra careful if hiking with your four-legged friend. The cache is a medium sized camoed lock n lock with some swag and a TB to move along. The cache is hidden on a short rock wall just off the main path up to the top.
There are some great views along the way so bring a camera!
Remember these hills are home to rattlesnakes and bears ...be animal aware!
Congrats to rajamada on the FTF!
