This cache immortalizes the great Western Tennessee Geocacher Louie69. It is located in a wide mallee vegetation corridor on the Karoonda to Allawoona road.
Louie69 is a prolific hider in the U.S.A. with 130 hides (and 6650finds) at the time of submission of this cache! He lives near Paris Landing, not far south of the Kentucky border and Ive done many of his caches on my three trips to Tennessee and the surrounding states. His hides range from the small micro to one on his property big enough to hold a small child in!
It was great to catch up with Louie on our last trip at an event in Murray, Kentucky. Like all of the cachers Ive met in Tennessee he goes out of his way to make you feel welcome in his territory!!!
The cache is a screw top container with some cammo tape on it that would have it blend in well in the woods of Tennessee. It contains a logbook, pencil, and half a dozen small swaps. There is also a FIRST TO FIND collection of pathtags on a keyring for the first tem to make the discovery!
