Geocaching in Space
A FLASH EVENT to commemorate Astronaut Rick Mastracchio's journey as he takes travel bug TB5JJN1 to the International Space Station on November 7, 2013.
Geocaching HQ will issue a Geocaching in Space souvenir to those who attend Event Caches during Wednesday 6th or Thursday 7th November 2013.
Where: Kenley Airfield Memorial
When: Wednesday 6th November 2013
Start: 7:00pm
Finish: 7:15pm
Meet at the above coordinates for a quick 15 Minute Meet.
Glow-sticks and Sparklers welcome (I will bring a few Sparklers for people to wave around (day after Bonfire Night, so may get some reduced!))
No other Fireworks please.
Safety is paramount and all children and dogs must be supervised.
Don’t forget your torch!
Don't forget your gloves for the Sparklers!
Photographs will be taken, a log sheet passed around and TB’s swapped and discovered.
Everyone is welcome.
Free Parking as available at the parking waypoints.
