Geocache Description:

This cache is located North of downtown Zeeland, within the city’s industrial park. The area is just an urban setting, an industrial park with more traffic (trucks, semis) during the daypart, much less in the evening & even weekends.

This field was known as “Legion Field” during it’s hayday, and was a popular place to catch a game of baseball. However, in 1998 the field was sold to Zeeland Chemical, and now resides alone and unused. As you search for my geocache, take a minute to step back and imagine this piece of history in its prime, as it was when crowds would gather to enjoy America’s pastime in Zeeland’s backyard. I assure you this geocache is not within the boundaries of prohibition, and should be a nice PNG. Cache on!
