This is part of the Ocean County Brain Teaser Challenge, a series of 10 caches designed to test your IQ. Finding them shouldn't be a problem, but unlocking or solving them may be.
The first nine caches, which will be placed during the months of May & June, 2012, will each include a number clue. Once you collect all of those clues, you will have the final location! (GC3JYXD)
For this cache, you will need to locate and successfully open the container to get to the log and the clue.
This is also a high muggle trail, so please place cache back EXACTLY as found. There's a chance it could be easily spotted by muggles if you don't secure it well. FTF Racer Trackable for the First to Find!
