Cach is on what used to be the old road between Dalton and Askam a part of the road that was always renowned for flooding.
It has now been bypassed and is used as a cycle route/foot path, it still floods when there has been heavy rain.
This is a quiet area so you should not be bothered by mugglers, you can park nearby.
The ground can be slippy when wet so care should be taken.
