at this location you will be looking for a "unique, but appropriate" cachetainer. no room for a pen, so please bring your own writing implement. it is placed in an obvious location, but may not be all peaches and cream to find.
it seems like only yesterday that I started to see a new name logging finds on my caches, that name was jdoz22. he started out pretty quick, at least compared to my pokey start, and has kept right at it. he was out there most days logging a few, sometimes lots, without many days with nothing found. with that pace the milestones got racked up quickly. I've done the at least one a day for a month, and it's almost like work. where to go, having to find or make the time, making sure you have a back up in case of a DNF, but he kept right on finding. even the winter didn't slow him down, much. then as luck would have it with the change of seasons from winter to spring he started to hide caches, and with the same enthusiasm he has shown while finding. recently he just hid his 50th. if I where to hazard a guess, I think in no time at all he'll pass me by both in finds and hides, and I had a two year head start. not that that's a bad thing, it just speaks volumes of his enthusiasm for geocaching. even better he has gotten non-cachers involved, and several are now active, and he accomplished all that in a little more than a year!
it only seems appropriate that I return the favor and hide a tribute cache for my friend john. since i'm making him more or less "go to work" I decided to go easy with this one, besides he has got to be on to my tricks by now.
