Chappell Marsh Conservation Area (C.M.C.A.)
"Grassland Trail"

Grassland Trail

You are searching for a small square 870 ml loc-n-loc which contains a cache note, log book and small assortment of trade items. The "First-to-Find" may choose an item as their "FTF" prize with no trade required.

The cache is located along the Grassland trail in the Chappell Marsh conservation area which is owned and maintained by Ducks Unlimited Canada. The hike to GZ will require an approximate round trip hike of 1.6 Km's ( 1.0 mile) from the posted parking co-ordinates.

The trails are lightly used but as always watch for muggles. Replace all caches as found and do not leave any trade items that may attract local wildlife (food, scented articles, cosmetics etc.).

Enjoy the hike and help keep the area free of trash by practicing C.I.T.O. along the way. To view a map of the trails please visit the Chappell Marsh DUC Website. The trails are groomed from the natural prairie grassland. Hike with caution, expect uneven terrain with the odd badger hole to avoid.
