Geocache Description:

NOTICE: Construction and Porta-Potty near hide. This historical place was used to bring tourists to this town long before the automobile. It is accessible to everyone who is willing to learn and look. Don't worry about bringing a rusty screw driver; the rusty screw is very easy to unscrew itself. You can enjoy the seek throughout the year. This now abandoned structure has a lot of history and meaning to this town. BYOP. Watch your step!

This cache was created by a group of students for a project. We would like all visitors to log where they are from online to help us gather and analyze data in future classes. It is dog friendly, there is no hiking, and you don't need a boat, I would probably recommend riding a bike or walking to the location. This particular geocache takes less than an hour to find. It is still available during the winter, but you may need snow shoes as the location is not plowed.. The log book inside has a little hook to help get it out. It is tourist friendly. Enjoy the history of this "abandoned" structure and enjoy the geocache. There may be bison around and there are a few holes to watch out for.
