Geocache Description:

Wizard Trail Event Meet and Greet

The Particulars:

Who? -  Why? You! Of course!

What? - New GeoArt Trail

When? - November 23, 2013  7 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Where? - 525 N. Haven Street, Baltimore, MD  21206

Why? - Why Not?  Everyone likes a good trail!

Come and join us for a Meet and Greet brought to you by the Baltimore County Posse. The Meet & Greet will be from 7 a.m. until 9 a.m. If you would like to participate (not necessary for the Meet & Greet) in the launch of the Wizard GeoArt Trail!

The day should be filled with great times, memories, and chances of many FTFs!   Some of the trail will be Biking/Hiking, or automobile accessible. Bring your bicycles as a few sections would be better by bike. I will let you know at the event where to use the bikes.

GPSr loading will begin at 7 a.m. and continue until 7:50 a.m. All persons with a GPSr who arrive later will be loaded after the official start. So be early! Especially if you like FTFs, but if you would like to enjoy a leisurely stroll along the trail, don't wait too long!  Loading ends promptly at 9 a.m.

This series contains 90-100 Mystery Caches. Take advantage of the Event, as afterwards, coords can only be obtained by working out the puzzles. Obtaining some of the answers could prove difficult, to say the least. D/T ratings will range from easy to challenging. Maybe a spot in your D/T grid will be filled today! Containers will also be varied, usual, unusual, unique and a couple should prove to be evil. But, you can be the judge of that.  Bring your cameras, your good geo-senses and GPSr units! (Don't forget to bring you computer cable to load your particular unit) Bring your Geo-pups for the trail too! Maybe they can sniff out a cache!

The trail visits Dundalk, Edgemere, Sparrows Point, Millers Island and Fort Howard areas. Some of the views from many of the caches will provide great picture taking opportunities! So, remember the camera! Don't forget to post some pics on the cache pages for everyone to enjoy! Coffee and Donuts will be provided for all who attend! Yum!  Plus, it helps to jump start your day! Be on of the ones at the starting gate! Get to the event and get loaded! Avoid the rush, for the rush starts at 8 a.m. I hope everyone has a great day of caching! This trail should be able to be completed in one day! After completion, or if you are just dog-tired, join us in the afternoon for the door prizes!(Time and Venue TBD, announcement in a few days!) Remember, everyone gets a ticket! That means if you have 4 cachers under one geocaching account, all 4 will receive a ticket, not just one per name. We are here to have fun! Everyone is included! So...See everyone at the event! Cache On! BC Posse
