NOTE THAT THE COORDINATES GIVEN ARE NOT THE ACTUAL COORDINATES.
Instead, they are the coordinates to a clue which will lead you to the TRUE coordinates. See the instructions below:

Head to the given coordinates, and look for something green and square with a two-digit number on it [the number is written in black on a white background]
Using the number you've found, subtract the first digit of the two (i.e. if the number were 21, you'd be subtracting 2) from the 2nd, 4th, & 6th N° coordinate numbers below, and then add the second digit number (again, if we use 21 as the example, then add 1) to the 3rd, 5th and 7th numbers of the W° coordinates to create the true coordinates.
Here are the coordinates you need to modify, which will lead you to your final destination (numbers needing to be changed are underlined):
N 45° 05.768 W 111° 45.009
Hence if the number you were looking for were 21 (for demonstration purposes only), then you'd subtract 2 from the 2nd, 4th and 6th N° coordinate numbers, then add 1 to the 3rd, 5th and 7th numbers of the W° coordinates, all to finally end up with the following coordinates (changed numbers are bolded and underlined):
N 43° 03.748 W 112° 46.019
(FYI, 21 is not the number you're looking for, so the coordinates above are not correct, they are for example purposes only...sorry!)
Head to the correct coordinates, and look for an abandoned building. The cache is located on the side that faces away from the nearby road.
Check the following link to confirm your coordinates: GeoChecker.com.
Once you've figured out the coordinates, head on over. What you are searching for looks like it is hidden in a plant of some sort, but don't be fooled...it isn't.
FYI, the view of the temple from here is quite nice!
