It seemed only right to put the basil jar near Holy Transfiguration Orthodox Church, a church founded by Russian immigrants in 1915, since Basil of Caesarea is a patron saint of Russia. There is a beautiful view from this hillside. You can see all the way to Follansbee, WV.
