What: A Meet N Greet
Who: For all cachers - new, old (or should I say experienced?), and wannabies
Why: To celebrate the Date - any excuse for an event is a good excuse, plus it's unique
We are going to try to keep this as simple as possible. We plan to have some snack foods to eat but if you want to make it a meal then bring a covered dish to share. Thanks to RVLee at Sandy Oaks RV Resort, we have use of their club house for the early part of the evening. We will come, socialize, tell stories and lies, and then we will head on our way. With the time change, it will be after dark, so any caching done in conjunction with the event will need to be completed before you arrive. For those who have not made the find as yet, there is a hide near the main entrance on your way to the event.
Now for a BIG favor. If you are interested in this event, and are reading this page, then please contact at least two other cachers who you think might also be interested in attending and spread the word - the more the merrier.
There also seems to be a rumor that a special dessert might be in the planning stages for a special person who is celebrating this date for a different reason - so come and help us celebrate that as well.
