Monster Mash Bash: The Headless Horseman Traditional Cache

The Headless Horseman received his invite for the Monster Mash Bash. On his way to the Bash his GPH (Global Positioning Horse) malfunctioned. Now he has lost his head and his way! Can you find him and point him in the right direction?
