After searching the nearby maps for a suitable place for our next hide, we stumbled upon the "PV Loop Trail". This portion of the trail is section 77, but is also known as the Douglas Trail.
The trail provides nice city views to the north. This section of the Peninsula provides the horizon profile for the greater Los Angeles basin. This hiking trail shows up in a 1920 real estate map, and was intended to connect to the end of Punta Place. Take the 1 mile hike to the other trailhead, find several other NTP caches and enjoy the views.
