The log can be signed prior to meeting the challenge requirements, but the challenge cannot be claimed as a find until all requirements are met. The average D/T rating for this cache is 1.5/1.5. The higher rating takes into consideration the requirements for meeting the challenge.
THE SHOUTING CHALLENGE: This challenge is simple. Find and log 100 caches where the title is all in CAPS. You may use titles with punctuation for 50 of the 100 required caches. Please include your cache list in your log with the GC Code, Name and date found or create a bookmark listing with them so I can verify your finds.
