GMU Crypto Cache Mystery Cache

In order to find the coordinates of this [NANO] cache, you must have some basic cryptographic knowledge.

I am designing this cache as a bonus assignment for ECE introductory courses for the study of Cryptography/Cryptographic Engineering.  Anybody is welcome to try and find this cache though!!!  :)
