Geocache Description:

The cache is placed at a bus stop on Edmondson Street in North Ryde. This style of bus shelter around the Ryde area is now rare, as they have since been superseeded with more modern designs.

Edmondson Street is named after Corporal Jack Edmondson, who was the first Australian recipient of the Victoria Cross for gallantry in World War I. Edmondson was awarded the VC Medal posthumously for his service at Tobruk in 1941.

Other information: Please replace the cache exactly as it was found to prevent it from being muggled/vandalised. BYO pen.
