Geocache Description:

There's a story that a Wandering Minstrel charmed

all the mice in 'La Esperanza' with his music and led them down

the 'Camino de Candelaria' to the Sea where they all drowned

Does the Story sound familiar to you?

Whilst, the story is certainly copied or 'false' (like the coords above) the 'Camino de Candelaria' is the source of inspiration for thousands of Penitents who have used it on the Pilgrimage to the famous 'Black Virgin' and this particular part has undergone some rather nice restoration work...... Come and see.
