I didn't make this cache to hard. I wanted to bring you to this view not a search for something hard to find. It should be an easy find but please do not cache and dash. The area provides parking (South Bound lane only) please take a few minutes to enjoy the view.
DO NOT attempted this cache from the North Bound lane. DO NOT attempted to cross the highway from the Northbound lane. Access this cache only from the South Bound Lane.
If you are North Bound, there are left turn lanes past the cache. Please stay in your car till you reach the South Bound parking Vista.
