Geocache Description:

Another one of these to celebrate the end of my furlough.

Since these have proven to be a bit more difficult than the norm, I am raising the difficulty a bit. Stealth will not be needed most of the time, but please pull over to the side of the road completely and be careful when rejoining traffic.
