Geocache Description:

This bridge once went somewhere until it was closed when the hotel formerly known as The Albany Hotel, was demolished in November 2007.

This cache meets the GAGB Urban Placement Guidelines

First found by AMAZO on 7 November 2013

This cache complements the nearby cache Middle of Nowhere - GC36A0G, as both are alongside a cycle route opened in Summer 2013. Development of this route involved Sustrans working in partnership with Glasgow City Council.

The cache location is quite often busy during daytime, stealth may be required to access the cache.

There is NO NEED to enter the nearby car park to reach the cache. When replacing the cache please take time and care so that it remains well hidden AND the correct way round.
