v. = Fourth letter of 5's surname
vi. = Fourth letter of 9's first name minus first letter of 10's surname.
vii. = Fifth letter of 8's first name
viii. = Second letter of 2's surname
ix. = First letter of 11's first name
x. = First letter of 15's name
xi. = First letter of 3's first name minus the number of these numbers 'generated' in Australia
xii. = Second letter of 7's first name plus final letter of 12's surname.
xiii. = First letter of 13's first name
xiv. = How many of these numbers were 'generated' by Australians minus second letter of 10's first name.
xv. = Final letter of 14's surname.
