Greetings from California! We're here to celebrate BeJoyful's 60th birthday, add Hawaii to our stats and to grab our 5,000th find in beautiful Kauai. We hope to also prove that not all Californians are strange (well, maybe just a little). We have noticed that there are no Wherigo's or Letterboxes in Kauai, so we would be happy to place one with the assistance of a local cacher.
We have lots of travelers with us - some just for discover and others to drop off.
When LDNomad turned 60 we went on an epic geocaching trip - 15 states in 10 days! So, when it was BeJoyful's turn to turn 60, Kauai was her trip of choice - complete with all the family. We will be here until the 20th and would like to meet local and visiting cachers and exchange stories and tips. There is so much on our to do list, we doubt we will get to all of it in one trip, but we're going to give it one heck of a try! We're looking to zipline in Princeville, rent a jeep for the Jurassic Park Cache, attend a luau, kayak or canoe up the Wailua River, hike and sight see. We welcome all suggestions.
