Cala Figuera (Pollença)
Cala Figuera está a 13,4 kilómetros de Port de Pollença. Este espectacular entrante de mar, en forma de u, finaliza en una playa entre acantilados, siendo los del margen derecho verticales, de piedra y gran altura, mientras que los del lado izquierdo son de marès (arenisca), más bajos y de pendiente oblicua. En su parte trasera se alza es Fumat (334 metros de altitud).
Arena y cantos rodados, recubiertos de alga posidonia, alfombran este talud, donde desemboca una torrentera. Frente al litoral emergen dos peñascos. La vegetación predominante es el monte bajo de lentisco, palmito, así como arbustos. Los pinos sólo coronan los cantiles.
Las condiciones marinas para el fondeo de embarcaciones son peligrosas si soplan vientos del norte-noreste. La profundidad sobre un fondo de arena y piedra oscila entre cinco metros a dos hectómetros de la orilla y tres metros a un hectómetro y medio de la costa. Se recomienda entrar dejando a babor los dos islotes existentes en su interior. A 10,2 millas marítimas se encuentra Port de Pollença.

Cala Figuera ist 13,4 Kilometer von Port de Pollença entfernt. Dieser spektakuläre Meereseinschnitt in "U"-Form endet in einem Strand zwischen Steilwänden; die rechten sind senkrecht, aus hohem Fels, während die linken aus marès (Sandstein) bestehen und niedriger und abgeschrägt sind. Im hinteren Bereich erhebt sich es Fumat (334 Meter Höhe).
Der Strand hier, in den ein Wildbach mündet, besteht aus mit Posidonia bedecktem Sand und Kieseln. Gegenüber der Küste tauchen zwei Felsen auf. Vorherrschende Vegetation ist Garrigue mit Mastixsträuchern, Zwergpalmen und Gebüsch. Pinien krönen lediglich die Steilwände.
Die Wasser- und Unterwasserbedingungen sind zum Ankern gefährlich bei Winden aus Nord-Nordost. Die Tiefe über Sand- und steinigem Grund schwankt zwischen fünf Metern in zweihundert Metern Entfernung vom Ufer und drei Metern in hundertfünfzig Metern von der Küste. Bei der Einfahrt empfiehlt es sich, die beiden im Innern gelegenen kleinen Inseln an Backbord zu lassen. 10,2 Seemeilen entfernt befindet sich Port de Pollença.

Cala Figuera is situated at 13,4 kilometres from Port de Pollença. This spectacular u-shaped sea inlet finishes on a beach between cliffs, those on the right side are steep, stony and very high, and those on the left side are sandstone, not so high and not so steep. At the rear you can see es Fumat (334 metres high).
This beach is covered by sand and pebbles, with some rests of posidonia, and you will see that the water of a torrent flows into the sea in this area. in front of the coastline there are two big rocks. The vegetation is scrubland with lentisc, small palms as well as bushes. The pine trees are only on the top of the cliffs.
The marine and underwater conditions are dangerous for anchoring boats if the wind blows from the north or northeast. The depth ranges from five metres at two hectometres from the coast to three metres at one and a half hectometres from the beach on a sandy and stony ground. You are recommended to leave the two small islands on port side. At 10,2 nautical miles there is Port de Pollença.
