@Voyager: I have been waiting for the new property owner to get back to me so I could confirm permission to keep the cache at it's location. After numerous calls and waiting for the site manager to talk to the owner and then get back to me, I was told that we can no longer place a Geocache on the premises. The owner does not want one placed anywhere in the business park area.
I'm sorry that it has taken a little while for the land owner to get back to me, but sometimes it can't be helped. Happily there are many more other locations to place a Geocache.
I look forward to seeing all the many more Geocaches that have not been updated in the area for so very long with the same log information as requested from this reviewer.
