My family and I have been hiking in Secord Forest for years. We call it the Pet Cemetery Trail because of the pet cemetery at the trailhead. Enjoy a hike through forest, bog, passing streams and farms along the way. It can get pretty buggy in the low areas, so you want to go through the bogs quickly during the warm months. The trail is beautiful in the fall. The loop is about 5k. Take a picnic and enjoy!
You'll be hiking the Secord Loop for about 3.5k before you get to the cache location. Take your time, maybe you'll spot some wild turkey! Don't forget to bring a pen or pencil.
