This cache is close to a supermarket,so parking is easy.Although there is nothing of significance to see here,it is placed to fill a need to cache,whilst at the store.So the quick cache and dash is here!!!
The cache is half way down the steps,so no need to go to the far fence.
Given it a 2 for difficulty due to the high muggle area it is in
