The cache is a micro to small container that is across the street from the house. It is NOT on private property. No need to disturb him or any of the items to find the cache. However, he is a nice guy, and if he is around, he will be glad to talk. Please be careful, the street can get busy. BYOP, even though I included a small pencil.
