What could be finer than a day hiking in Henry Coe State Park? There are more miles of trails than you could hike in a month. Spectacular views about. Nature on display in all seasons and if you are lucky you may spy some of the wildlife. Spring is for wildflower lovers and the park bursts forth with a veritable rainbow of color.

While there are other entrances to Henry W. Coe State Park, including one for horse trailers, here is where you can find the Park Store, wherein you may purchase books on native flora and fantastically detailed park maps.

The park is open year around and day use fees are a mere $8 per vehicle.
