Really a Spring cache. Placed in autumn, but tenants not planning to migrate so far as I know. Bring your own pen, it's a mini magnetic micro!
Very easy grab and go, but please grab ONLY the magnetic container, not the "home." Tweezers may be needed. Might be difficult for vertically challenged. Plenty of parking, few muggles. No longer magnetic.
