This cache is a fairly short walk from Adams Basin--and a nice one too--particularly when the leaves are golden or when there is snow on the ground or when the wildflowers are just coming out. Grampa enjoyed his walk today and we hope that everyone who does this cache enjoys their walk too. 
The short walk begins at Adams Basin where there is good parking in the little park on the south side of the canal. For a longer walk or cycle tour, begin at Spencerport where there is also good parking near the canal. Please do not park on the road that parallels the towpath.
Please do this cache during daylight hours as the towpath is officially open from dawn to dusk.
