During my last 6 1/2 years with the IRS, I worked in the International division, where we dealt extensively with tax matters regarding U.S. Possessions.
The cache is located in a wooded border area. It contains a log, pencil, small trade items and a prize for FTF. Park on the grassy shoulder on the side of the road. Because of the residential neighborhood nearby, I shouldn't come here at night.
