A 35 mm film canister sized container, situated on the verge of the lane at the top of a steeply sloping field - great for sledging! Bring your own pen
The first time it snowed while I was living in Churchdown my hubby and I brought the sledge here for some sneaky sledging while our daughter was a school. I once managed to sledge all the way to the bottom of this hill - wheeeeeeeee There are nice views from GZ over Churchdown towards Cheltenham on a clear day. You DO NOT need to enter the sheep field to access this. It can be found by feeling if not visible. There is a bench nearby where you can sit and admire the view (And sign the log)! Please nestle the cache back carefully so it is out of sight and safe thanks. You can walk down to this from the top of the hill through the route originally used to drag coffins up for burial.
