Cache is located in Hungry Mother State Park a short distance from Marion VA on state route 16 on the Clyburn Ridge Loop Trail.
Effective January 1, 2009 Daily Parking Fees for Passenger Vehicles; Weekdays $2 Weekends $3 if Camping No Charge
This container is a Nano so that means you need to BYOP. The container is magnetic. No need to leave the trail. This is just another smiley to add icing to the cake for going on the Clyburn Ridge Loop Trail. Keep in mind that the lid to this Nano is small and if dropped in the leaves it is REAL hard to find. If you have caching buddies with you let them hold the lid. Just saying! Please replace as found for the enjoyment of others.
Thanks and Cache-On

Note: In all Virginia state parks you have to have permission to hide a geocache. Stop by the Headquarters building in the park and ask to talk to the official in charge of reviewing the Geocache Placement Application you will have to obtain from them. Let them be aware of your desire to hide and maintain a geocache in the park. Most parks may ask you to “not” make the cache for Premium members to allow the general plumbic the opportunity hunt while visiting the park. All my caches have been placed by permission at Hungry Mother State Park.
