Geocache Description:


This cache is placed in The Lake McIntyre  Park

In 1975 The Millicent District Council now Wattle Range Council purchased a grazing property from the McIntyre Family to be used as a quarry
The area was rehabilitated from a quarry to a water area now known as Lake McIntyre in 1991
The water is obtained from a natural occurring water table which is subject to annual rise and fall

It is a lovely spot to have a picnic ,enjoy a walk around the man made water ways or just sit back and relax watching the bird life
Today we saw black swans ,water fowl and ducks
You are looking for a film cannister log book only
Please choose the right time to retrieve this cache as it can be a high muggle area and would hate to see this cache disappear
Please bring your own writing tool and hide as found
