Granite is a rock of magmatic origin , it is called plutonic rock from the liquid Magma that solidifies below the earth's surface. Rocks formed at temperatures of 760 ° C and a pressure of 300 MPa at a depth of about 2 km . Granite passed through erosion once the overlying sedimentary rocks to the surface. Granite consists mainly of feldspar , quartz and mica. During the formation of granite occurs by the pressure to horizontal and vertical fractures.
