AAA1111: In view of the inaccurate post that appeared on another cacher’s website yesterday afternoon, I have decided that enough is enough and have archived this series 18 months before I originally intended. All containers will be removed from the moor in the coming weeks and any logs after today will be deleted.

Geocache Description:

Cache is a small clip and lock box containing a log book and bonus information. This cache is an alternative to Remote Dartmoor 03, the bonus information in Remote Dartmoor 03 and 03A is identical.

This is cache 03A in the Remote Dartmoor series, for full details visit,

This cache has been placed close to the trig point on Hameldown Tor, a short distance from the Two Moors way.

This cache is not on any of the military training areas, but you may need to cross these areas to reach the cache site depending on your chosen route. Be sure to check that the ranges are not in use before setting out.

When walking on Dartmoor be sure to wear appropriate clothing and be aware that the weather can change suddenly. Always carry a map and compass and know how to use them.

This cache has been placed in accordance with DNPA guidelines.
