Geocache Description:

Troop 9093 out of New Brighton, MN.  My oldest son did an Eagle Project by building and placing bike racks around the city parks and library in the city.  Our troop also held troop meetings this summer at each of the parks and I thought it would be a nice way to show off our parks by hiding caches at each park that also highlight an Eagle Scout project that occurred there. Hansen park received two bike racks as part of an eight bike rack project for the city parks. 

 

This cache is being upped in the difficulty rating due to log comments and the impending weather.
